Thomas, Josiah

Born in 1760, he became Rector of Street-cum-Walton, as well as of Blackwell, both in Somerset, in addition to Kington Deverell in Wiltshire. He married Susanna Isabella, the only daughter of Dr Henry Harington, MD by whom he had issue four sons and three daughters. Susanna was born in 1762 and died on 12th December 1835 and is buried in the same grave as her husband. Josiah was one of the chaplains to HRH King George III and became Archdeacon of Bath in 1817.
